Skillinvest is seeking an experienced RTO Administration Manager to lead its RTO Administration team across multiple locations. The role may be based in Horsham or Dandenong. This position plays a pivotal role within Skillinvest and is responsible for the operations and performance of the RTO Administration team. The Administration Manager will provide leadership and management to the administration team whilst ensuring quality outcomes, excellent customer service and continuous improvement in processes and efficiencies. This position works closely with the RTO Leadership team and ensures all administrative tasks are performed to a high standard and meet contractual and compliance obligations. In addition, the RTO Administration Manager will be required to: Develop and implement processes and efficiencies that drive administrative processes. Foster strong professional relationships with the RTO leadership team. Manage the Administration Team Leaders and administration team to ensure that they are meeting their key performance objectives. Manage the effective processing of claims and associated invoices via the Student Management and Finance Systems. Ensure the team provides a high-level of administrative support to Training Managers, Coordinators, Trainers and the Compliance Manager.
