Broad objective Working within the Creative and Performing Arts Department that is known for excellence within the Visual Arts space, you will be an exceptional educator and communicator with a firm foundation in working with a wide range of materials and techniques and prior experience working in an innovative and creative Visual Arts environment. You will be responsible for the effective implementation of the Visual Arts Syllabus in the Senior School, and as such, you are a role model personally and professionally. You will have the ability to develop positive relationships, fostering a culture of collaboration and inquiry and be proactive in your support of the Christian mission and values of Roseville College Reports to Head of Department Qualifications, skills and experience Be able to develop, plan and deliver effective and high-quality learning experiences to our students, with a collaborative approach to teaching and learning. NESA accreditation Be capable of inspiring students through a passion for Art. Proven ability to differentiate instruction and personalise learning for students from Year 7 to Year 12. Proven ability to work and plan collaboratively as a member of a team. Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Resolve conflict effectively. Have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Model College values. Demonstrates commitment to student safety. Be flexible and approachable.
