About The Client Our client is a successful start up that has been around for the past five years and grown to a headcount of sixty people. They offer programs within the hospitality sector (pubs, clubs, cafes, restaurants) that help business owners succeed. The hospitality sector is full of amazing people who offer delicious food, amazing drinks and excellent atmosphere however often lack foundations and support behind the scenes. Our client provides coaching around these services to help them significantly grow their revenue and be sustainable. About The Role This is a unique role that combines using digital channels, sales mentality and customer first outcomes. As a Online Sales Coordinator, you will communicate with customers via online channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Email etc) to firstly create a positive brand experience/drive engagement and then ultimately uncover leads based on customer requirements. The generation of these leads are then passed onto a Sales Team (phone based) to assess if they require a solution that the business offers. The Experience This role would be suited to someone who enjoys talking to customers via online channels (no phone calls required), driven by sales and results and knowing that the product they are selling can help change someone’s future.
