Key Responsibilities As a Contract Specialist within the Legal department, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing business profitability and sustainability by: Drafting and reviewing customer contracts and preparing necessary amendments to safeguard company interests in compliance with policies. Participating in contract negotiations as needed. Assisting with internal approvals for non-standard contracts. Supporting the management of contracts across business units. Providing guidance and training to business managers on contract-related matters. Conducting research to ensure adherence to all relevant laws and regulations. Skills and Experience Essential 2 years of experience in contract review, negotiation, and management. Background in construction, commercial/industrial equipment installation, or field services industry. Certification as a Contracts Specialist preferred. Legal background advantageous but not required. Strong attention to detail with expertise in commercial contracts. Excellent drafting and negotiation skills. Structured problem-solving approach.
