Office Administrator — Wingfield, Port Adelaide Area

We are seeking a person with high administrative skills who is committed to managing the day-to-day functioning of the office. You will be joining a team renowned for their high standard of service and sales excellence to both existing and new clients. In this part-time role, you will play an integral part in providing high-quality support for our Wingfield office. You must be a proactive problem solver to ensure your service delivery remains first-class. Role & Responsibilities: • Manage the day-to-day functioning of the office. • Reception tasks, overseeing visitors to the site and managing the weighbridge, whilst adhering to security requirements. • Implement policies and procedures to maintain order and efficiency, identifying areas for improvement to reflect changing needs. • Manage sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion and always maintain confidentiality. • Perform financial tasks, including setting up new vendors, raising purchase orders, and credit card and petty cash reconciliation. • Assist with NAID accreditation compliance. • Assist with onboarding training, driver inductions, and booking overnight accommodation. • Assist with the planning, coordination, and implementation of special projects and initiatives. • Coordinate internal and external resources, developing relationships with vendors, including stationery, office supplies, bin supplies, and marketing materials. • Attend post office to collect mail and attend to postage requirements. We are looking for: • Previous administration experience. • A high level of attention to detail and ability to anticipate issues. • A great communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. • An enthusiastic, independent person who loves building customer relationships, and be who is passionate about providing exceptional service every time. • A reliable, hard-working, and honest person with a mature approach. • A team player and proactive self-starter who can work autonomously, with a drive to help all. • A cheerful and professional service and telephone manner. • Competent skills in Microsoft office suite, preferably with experience with a cloud-based CRM.
