Experience working with ensembles, choirs and coordinating whole school performances will be highly regarded. A strong understanding of evidence-based teaching practices such as explicit teaching, differentiated instruction, high impact teaching strategies and trauma informed practices will be advantageous. A deep understanding of how to differentiate to meet the needs of all students will be highly regarded, as is the ability to use a variety of assessment tools to inform progress, enable constructive feedback and drive future planning at a classroom level.
