The Role QPharma have a fantastic opportunity for a Work Health and Safety (WHS) Administrator to join the WHS team on a permanent part-time basis (30 hours per week). In this role you will assist with identifying hazards, assessing risks to health and safety, implementing appropriate safety controls and ensuring compliance with EBOS Group's WHS policies and procedures and WHS legislation. You will provide guidance and advice to the employees at all levels regarding the implementation and improvement of WHS Management arrangements and strategies as well as the identification, evaluation and control of workplace hazards and risks. What you will do: Coordinate and assist in the development of WHS plans that meet the organisations objectives and targets; Periodic review and continual improvement of WHS risk management frameworks; Provide support and assist the WHS representatives in the performance of their duties; Identify WHS training needs and provide guidance and training; Company Inductions; WHS Continuous Improvement. What we are looking for: Prior experience working within an office-based Administration role; Experience in health and safety preferred but not essential; Experience and confidence using Microsoft office (Excel, Microsoft Word); High attention to detail and strong analytical skills; Excellent relationship management & communication skills.
