The Opportunity The Sales Center Administrator will be responsible for a range of functions contributing to the effective support across our Higher Education and VET Sales Teams. The role is broad in scope and requires a high degree of initiative, attention detail and self-management to deal with the full range of activities related to the student enrolment. The primary role is to support the Sales Consultants through assessing the documentation for each enrolment to ensure they meet the entry criteria. The role requires provision of timely and accurate document review to enable the consultant to complete the offer of enrolment. About You To be successful in this role you will have: Exceptional attention to detail D emonstrated experience in an administrative role which required coordination of a range of functions and provision of advice about, and interpretation of, policies and procedures, preferably in a tertiary education institution A demonstrated commitment to exemplary customer service principles and the ability to be flexible and responsive Evidence of being a hands-on self-starter with a solution-focused attitude to problem solving Demonstrated high level computer literacy including the use of e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications and the demonstrated capacity to learn new programs Excellent interpersonal communication skills to facilitate the provision of advice and support required by both staff and students Excellent written communication skills Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team environment Tertiary qualification, or substantial progress towards the completion of a tertiary qualification is highly desired What’s in it for you?
