We are seeking a Senior Systems Administrator / L3 Engineer to join our team for an initial 6 month contract to assist with mentoring L1 & L2 engineers and being the highest point of escalation for Microsoft 365 suite including Office 365, Azure, Intune, Defender and Windows OS / Servers. Your day at NTT Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers Provide L3 and highest point of escalation for raised tickets Troubleshoot, support and resolve issues across Microsoft 365 suite including Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, GPO, Intune, Defender, Windows 10/11 Perform windows server administration, patching and hardening. What would make you a good fit for this role? Demonstrated experience as a Senior Systems Administrator or L3 Engineer Technical expertise across the following technologies Windows 10/11 Windows Server Bitlocker WSUS Active Directory, GPO, ADFS, DHCP, RDS Azure M365 / O365 Powershell scripting Azure Defender
