About the Role: Join Victoria University's in-house creative studio as a Senior Graphic Design Officer. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality print and digital graphic design services that support the University. This role is part of the Brand & Marketing team, whose primary aim is to drive brand, reputation, and student recruitment for Victoria University. The team achieves this by producing high-quality marketing activities and campaigns throughout the year across all channels, including an integrated lead generation and lead nurture marketing automation program. This is a full-time position at a HEP 6 classification, salary range $85,667 - $92,728 plus 17% superannuation, classification working 36.75 (1.0 FTE) hours per week. This role is offered as a continuing contract. Duties: Some of the duties you are expected to perform are: Responsible for the delivery of in-house graphic design services Provide tactical advice and direction to other University Departments in relation to the VU Brand and application in graphic elements across collateral and marketing materials. Collaborate with clients to develop creative solutions and translate those solutions into print and digital media outcomes aligned with brief and brand. Problem solves and work with managers to develop strong processes to best support the needs of the business within the graphic design service.
