The Role: We’re seeking a Group Sales Specialist to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. In this role, you will master every aspect of the LearnFormula sales process, positioning yourself for significant growth opportunities. We offer a leading product with over 3,000 courses from nearly 1,500 vendors in our marketplace. What You’ll Be Doing: Identifying and prospecting key executives to generate new business through cold calling and LinkedIn outreach. Driving enterprise business via outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emails, social media, and other strategies. Overcoming technical, budgetary, and competitive sales objections to position LearnFormula products against competitors. Managing, tracking, and reporting all activities and results using CRM tools. Using sales automation tools to generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports. Developing marketing materials and messaging, and tracking their impact using data analytics. Requirements Minimum of 6 months of experience in a sales role (marketing or sales background/internship experience preferred). Comfortable with cold calling clients/potential clients to close sales. Positive and energetic phone/Zoom skills, excellent listening abilities, and strong writing skills. A proactive individual who takes ownership of their career, thrives outside their comfort zone, and has a history of personal and professional growth. Excellent organizational and time management skills. A competitive team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude who delivers results. Benefits Compensation: Base plus commission
