You'll play a crucial role in coordinating the seamless movement, storage, and distribution of our products and materials. Your focus will be on ensuring on-time deliveries, streamlining logistics processes, and maintaining meticulous records. Completion of post-delivery paperwork. Booking transport depots. Logistics Administration: Scanning of all signed packing slips to the administration team. Ensuring VIC drivers adhere to Chain of Responsibility (COR) and company procedures, handling customer paperwork. Providing daily updates to Operations and Logistics managers. Submitting back-order & stock-take reports. Reconciliation of purchase orders accounts department. Logistics Customer Service Handling store communications and maintaining driver relations. Proactively addressing customer service. Coordinating returns and maintaining communication with stakeholders and stores of delivery or return issues. Reporting and managing health and safety concerns. Supporting business operations with ad hoc tasks & projects.
