Site Administrator — Perth CBD, Perth

WA based site in the Goldfields region FIFO out of Perth on an 8:6 Roster 12 month Paternity leave cover The Role We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to be based onsite in the WA Goldfields region. This is a 12 month Contract role to cover paternity leave. The successful candidate will be responsible for all administrative and coordination services which support the team onsite. Key Responsibilities: Maintain site daily site reports. Enter purchase orders and receipt goods using the accounting system. Monitor incoming and outgoing freight. Plan and coordinate travel itineraries. Maintain stationary and office consumables. Processing, completion and forwarding of time sheets and assisting with payroll queries. Maintain stock and purchases. Assist the Operations Manager and Site Management team as required. Other operational support as required. The successful applicant will ideally have: Full Australian Working Rights Minimum of 2 years' experience in an Administration type role. Previous experience working as a Site Administrator would be an advantage. Ability to pass Pre-employment medical, inclusive of drug and alcohol screening Excellent communication and organisational skills. Hold valid drivers licence. Microsoft Office Suite - intermediate to advanced. Excellent computer and software skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritise.
