In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our contracts, from drafting and negotiating agreements with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, to reviewing and finalizing them. Your expertise will be crucial in handling variations in scope, schedule, and budget, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements. Duties: Manage all aspects of contracts including drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing agreements with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts to ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements. Handle changes to contracts that have variations in scope, schedule, or budget, ensuring that these changes are properly documented. Respond to inquiries and effectively resolve problems related to contracts, programs, projects, and services, providing clear guidance to stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related communications, both internally within the organization and externally with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Communicate with affected persons and entities to address concerns and provide solutions regarding ongoing programs and services. Review and evaluate service delivery and project outcomes to ensure they meet the required standards and contractual expectations. Qualifications and Skills: Diploma or higher qualification in a highly relevant field Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration or a highly related field In-depth knowledge of contracts, regulations, and principles pertaining to service agreements activities Excellent computer skills Strong negotiation and communication skills Advanced Excel would be a bonus The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $70,000 - $85,000, plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
