If so, we want to hear from you Position Overview: As a Travel Designer, you will be responsible for designing and managing personalized luxury travel itineraries for our inbound clients. You will collaborate with a network of premium suppliers, hotels, and exclusive venues to create extraordinary experiences that align with our clients' preferences and desires. Your role is to ensure every aspect of their journey is seamless, unique, and memorable. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and expectations. Itinerary Design: Craft bespoke travel itineraries that include luxury accommodations, exclusive activities, private tours, and gourmet dining experiences. Supplier Coordination: Collaborate with top-tier hotels, resorts, private guides, and other suppliers to secure the best services and amenities. Personalization: Tailor each travel experience to reflect the individual tastes and desires of our clients, ensuring a personalized and exceptional journey. Quality Assurance: Oversee all aspects of the travel arrangements to ensure high standards and flawless execution. Client Support: Provide comprehensive support to clients before, during, and after their travels, addressing any needs or concerns promptly and professionally. Market Insight: Stay updated with the latest trends in luxury travel, emerging destinations, and exclusive experiences to continuously enhance our offerings. Experience Required : Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in luxury or inbound travel or a similar role within the travel industry. Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of high-end travel products, destinations, and luxury services. Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Creativity: A creative flair for designing unique and memorable travel experiences. Client-Centric: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations.
