Customer Support Officer (Warehouse) — Adelaide, Adelaide Region

An opportunity has become available for a Customer Support Officer at our Adelaide Warehouse, where you will be responsible for providing day-to-day administrative assistance to the warehouse, ensuring reports are generated, data entered, and processes are followed correctly. Key Responsibilities include: Efficient and accurate data entry of connotes, orders, and confirmations. Creation of purchase orders with precise allocation of information. Processing inbound and outbound customer orders promptly and accurately. Ensuring all picking slips are completed accurately for order processing. Managing inventory locations and systems in coordination with Warehouse Supervisor. Proactively communicating with customers on stock movements and deliveries. Handling customer queries via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely responses. Generating various reports for management and customers as required. As a Customer Support Officer, you will have: A customer-centric approach to problem solving. Demonstrated ability to work and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to prioritise and coordinate multiple tasks. Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service. Experience working with KPIs and targets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data entry skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
