They are an Australian owned food manufacturer located in Braeside. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their small team. Reporting to the Assistant Plant Manager, the purpose of this role is to participate in the warehouse operations and activities. You will be responsible in storing materials, quality checking and assuring quality of goods. Work hours Mondy to Friday 7am - 3.30pm Salary $70,000 - $75,000 plus super You will be responsible for: Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in picking, dispatching and assuring quality of goods Organize and maintain inventory and storage area Communicate job expectations and coach employees Maintain items record, document necessary information Issuing picking slips and handing out orders Oversee orders being picked and packed Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation Communicate and cooperate with managers and co-workers Operate and maintain the warehouse and equipment Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations To be successful in this role you will be expected to have: Forklift licence with high reach experience Previous experience working in food manufacturing, dairy or pharmaceutical environments Prior experience with team leading or supervising Experience with WMS system (FMDB) Experience working with Dangerous goods If you believe you demonstrate the above skills, experience and motivation we would encourage you to 'APPLY NOW' .
