Fabulous opportunity for an experienced High Reach LF operator to join a friendly team in a varied role offering career development and growth. The role: Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be supporting the Warehouse Team Leader with the smooth operations of a busy warehouse with a lot of customer / supplier interaction. This is a full-time role, Monday – Friday 7.30am - 4pm (flexibility to work outside of these hours on occasions as and when required). Responsibilities include: Assisting the Warehouse Team Leader with the safe and efficient management of the warehouse. Daily operation of the High – Reach forklift. Receiving goods from suppliers, ensuring the accuracy of the order and their condition. Assisting with pick/packing, receiving, dispatching, stock control and logistics coordination. Liaise with customers and suppliers in an engaging and professional manner. Assist with maintaining an orderly, tidy and safe warehouse. You will play an important part in assisting the Warehouse Team Leader with ensuring project deliverables are achieved and company performance goals are met. About you: Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately). Hold an Australian class c driver's licence. Hold a LF license (High-Reach) Be comfortable with being on the go throughout the day and physically capable of picking and packing up to 25kgs as and when. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office - comfortable with admin and have an appreciation for detail and accuracy. Practical, self-motivated and approachable, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Confident and engaging outlook to life, with a passion for influencing business improvement and best practice initiatives. Can think ‘outside of the box’ to ensure best practice. Strong communication skills - building a friendly and positive rapport with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
