The role is diverse and will include: working across practice groups and business services areas to deliver learning solutions and support strategic firm projects leading L&D projects and initiatives, ensuring implementation is achieved on time and within budget; management of the firm’s e-learning platform, identifying skill gaps within the firm and introducing L&D interventions; creating, implementing, and managing development programs and materials across professional skills, management development and compliance; managing the delivery of the firm’s induction and orientation programs L&D initiatives for grads and clerks, including developing the mentoring program; Developing and delivering engaging L&D content for the firm’s intranet This position is offered on a three-day-a-week basis, with some hybrid availability. About you You will be: an experienced L&D professional who offers experience in another Professional services firm; an all rounder; you'll be as comfortable designing and delivering modules and projects, as you are working at a strategic level. an exceptional relationship builder, keen to work with the firm's HR and C-Suite management team to champion the L&D function. This is a permanent opportunity and the right candidate will be able to attend the firm's Western Sydney offices regularly. Why apply?
