Keystone Civil are looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team and champion administrative tasks with high level accuracy and timeliness. Reporting to the Construction Manager you will: Provide general administrative support and assistance to the Project Team. Assisting project teams with all KPI weekly/monthly reporting Assist projects with all stakeholder management, inclusive of engagement with client stakeholder teams and the public. Drive consistency across all projects in relations to IMS and with all business systems Collect and enter daily dockets into register Ensure compliance with site diaries Assist project team with purchasing goods and services, including accounts payable duties Working with the Project Manager to ensure all sub-contractors remains compliant. Accurately record minutes and action during meetings with clients, sub-contractors, and all project related meetings About you: High level accuracy and timeliness Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills Intermediate level of computer literacy, with Microsoft Excel/Word/power point Strong organizational skills The ability and willingness to learn new skills, and take on new tasks with a Can Do attitude A strong work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines with minimum supervision About us: At Keystone we value the following qualities which form part of our selection criteria when we hire: Can Do: We pride ourselves on helping each other find the best solution.
