The Operation Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the logistics and administrative functions within the organization. This position involves a wide range of tasks, including data management, timesheet reconciliation, purchase order management, vendor coordination, and general administrative support. The Operation Administrator ensures accurate and efficient operations, contributing to the smooth functioning of the logistics department. ABOUT THE JOB Payroll processing for casual workforce: timesheet reconciliation, communication to recruitment agencies for timesheet, invoice reconciliation, leave balance management, staff scheduling. Purchase Order management: raise annual purchase orders for warehouse, process good receipting, communicate with Accenture team to ensure timely payment of invoices. Support the warehouse management team on ordering of consumables and stationery for the warehouse. Arrange catering and even coordination such as long service awards, team lunches, meetings… ABOUT YOU High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications or training in logistics or administration is a plus. Proven experience in logistics, administration, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in data management and spreadsheet software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with purchase order management systems and invoice processing. Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
