About the role Flare require a senior product designer in the Financial Services & Benefits domain with a focus on contributing to the top-line growth and adoption of Flare's product offering. The senior product designer will with work closely with their design peers, partner with product, and engineering to help deliver best-in-class experiences for Flare's employee onboarding product, and other partner-integrated workflows. What we look for in our designers Our designers cover a lot of ground, they: Want to understand our customers and are happy to use different research techniques to do it. Get their team involved to make sense of the findings. Seek critique and feedback to help improve themselves and their designs. Collaborate and communicate well with other team members in product management and engineering. Test ideas, concepts, and designs early and often. Consider our customer's full journey from start to finish. The skills you need 5-8 years' experience in product design, we're open to individuals from varying design backgrounds. As an experienced product design generalist, you confidently lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery to delivery. You possess the ability to not only understand but also influence our business strategy through design. While experience in financial services is advantageous, it's your design expertise that truly matters. At your core, you're driven by innovation and a relentless focus on the user with proven experience thriving in agile, cross-functional team environments. You possess a systematic approach to solving complex problems and deliver impactful solutions that move business metrics.
