Apply now Job Description About the Role We are looking for an experienced and organised Account Administrator to manage client accounts, handle administrative tasks, and support the overall operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. What You Will be Doing Manage and maintain client accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate. Process and track orders, invoices, and payments. Assist with scheduling and coordinating service appointments. Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and correspondence as needed. Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. Support FSA with various administrative tasks and projects. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction. What You Will Bring Proven experience as an Account Administrator or in a similar administrative role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
