Start your journey with us today About the Role With work across the Adelaide Metro area and working with one of Adelaide’s leading commercial electrical companies, Techforce currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, A-grade service electrician that is looking to utilise their industry expertise and skills. Role on offer will have a view to permanency for the right candidate. Key Accountabilities include: Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. Diagnose malfunctioning systems using testing equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdowns. Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair. Advise management on whether continued operation of equipment could be hazardous. Supervise, direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures from time to time. A requirement to perform shift, overtime, weekend and living away work as required. Skills and Experience 1st & 2nd Fix. Terminations. LV & HV Install of cable tray and ladder. Installation and upgrades of switchboards. Running of cables. Sub mains Cable pulls UPS To be successful, you MUST HAVE : A Class Electrical Licence LVR / CPR Certificate Ability to work autonomously White Card. Current drivers’ licence.
