Additionally, you’ll manage overall project timeline, review cost plans and spatial layout, oversee tenders, prepare briefings and documentation for approvals, organise contracts and actively participate in site meetings. WHAT YOU WILL DO Manage project stakeholders including superintendents, builders and consultants on behalf of school Principals to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget. Ensure all project risks are documented and escalated as required and to provide regular reporting to school Principal and our Planning & Infrastructure Group senior managers. Support individual schools to prioritise projects to meet future enrolment demands and to deliver infrastructure that is safe, compliant and flexible. Ensure all post occupancy information is obtained, recorded and building compliance requirements shared with the Facilities Team to ensure the school is meeting its ongoing compliance requirements. Desired Skills and Experience ABOUT YOU Tertiary qualification relevant to school infrastructure, project management, engineering, architecture or asset management. Demonstrated experience in Infrastructure Management; project management, engineering, architecture or strategic asset management functions. Proven understanding of Spatial Planning and workflow within an educational environment. Ability to prepare reports, briefings and policy documents in MS Office, communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders including leadership as well as manage and report on building contractual issues.
