Key duties: Identify business improvement opportunities through detailed discussion with high-level business executives, stakeholders, etc. Prepare reports relating to business development opportunities. Outline the scope of the work and identify and map out schedules. Undertaking analysis of markets and clients to ensure that Design Hub is best positioned to support clients; Develop a product brief and vision statement for the new offering/product. Determine and communicate the work product of results that will be delivered upon project completion. Build a business case outlining expected benefits, strategic fit, time and cost estimates. Develop and deliver the roll-out strategy and plan including pilot. Developing strong working relationships across technical and business stakeholders. Proactively identify and resolve strategic risks that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals.
