The role Reporting to the Stock Control Supervisor, this position is an integral part of the supply chain, ensuring efficient movement of stock in and out of the factory. You will: Safely and confidently operate a forklift, loading and unloading stock as required. Undertake inventory management and stock rotation, ensuring temperature requirements are consistently met. Collaborate with Production, Inventory and Dispatch teams to meet tight deadlines. This exciting opportunity is full-time, operating Monday to Friday with some weekend work required. About you You have a valid forklift license with proven experience. Strong time management skills and the willingness to learn new skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships within a team. Strong ability to adapt, deal with uncertainty, and remain calm in a changing environment. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive focus on continuous improvement. A commitment to working safely in a dynamic environment, identifying risks, and taking appropriate action.
