In this newly created legal role you will advise on a mixed variety of commercial and property related matters. About the role: Working closely with the General Counsel and Company Secretary and their existing established legal team, the role will see you: review, negotiate and draft contacts, licences, deeds, leases and other commercial agreements including collaboration agreements, funding agreements, privacy, property law, employment law and intellectual property; advice and support throughout the business; proactively identify and work on process improvement within the business. Skills/Experience: To be considered for this role you will have: 2-5 years' PAE with strong contracts experience and an unrestricted Queensland practicing certificate; demonstrated experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts; excellent attention to detail and organisation skills; and a commercial approach allowing you to manage a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
