Press space or enter keys to toggle section visibility As the Board/Legal Administrator you will be working closely with team members on tasks to support with the daily operation of the team. You will be arranging subsidiary board meetings, updating corporate information held on Diligent Entities (corporate database) along with preparing ASIC lodgements. You will also be preparing and distributing meeting agendas, board papers and meeting minutes.
