Restoration Admin — Murarrie, Brisbane

The Company: My client has been delivering high quality insurance repairs and restorations across QLD, NSW and VIC for the last 15 years and keep growing The Role: Based out of the Brisbane office working for the restorations arm of the business you will be overseeing the restoration process for insurance repairs. Triage restoration claims - communication is key across clients and technicians General admin duties Scheduling trades / booking calendars Procure necessary materials, equipment and subcontractors Monitor project progress to deliver updates to clients and stakeholders Document project activities for record keeping Assist with populating estimates About You: Experience in the role or similar role in restorations - 1 year min Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Experience using insurance portals is preferred but not mandatory Efficient time management skills Benefits: Brisbane office only 10km from the CBD Work in a tight knit team with a company who pride themselves on fostering a strong workplace culture Salary negotiable for the right person In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
