What this job involves: We've got an exciting opportunity for a Community Manager to join our team based at one of Brisbane's finest office towers and a premium landmark asset - 1 William Street, in the heart of Brisbane Reporting to the General Manager, you will develop and foster the relationship with the building's customer partners, and assist in ensuring services, branding, marketing and presentation of the property are delivered and maintained at the highest standards. Note, this is part time role but we are also open to full time applicants. A snapshot of the role: Acting as the primary point of contact for customer related enquiries and provide the conduit feedback to and from customer partners regarding building services Ensuring customers are informed on all building related matters either directly or behalf of the broader team Take ownership for the presentation of the property, ensuring the property always presents in a manner consistent with a Premium Grade building and recommending improvements where required Sound like you? This is what we're looking for: You will be expected to understand the Client's overarching strategy and encourage internal and external stakeholders to ensure all work is in alignment with the Client's objectives. Ultimately, you will work with the wider teams to oversee the delivery of work contained within the Customer Engagement Strategy and to deliver on its respective KPI's. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that can be tailored to suit different people and situations are essential.
