Excellent opportunity to work in a Government Department Become a part of an experienced team, providing support to the wider community 5 month temporary contract with a potential to extend The Client We are working with a department in the Government who are seeking motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join their teams as Call Centre Operators/Customer Service Representatives. The Role As a successful customer service officer your duties will include but not be limited to: Handle customer enquiries promptly and courteously. Maintaining confidentiality and using discretion in the performance of all duties. Identify and escalate complex inquiries as necessary. Achieve individual KPIs assigned for the team. Keep up to date with policies, legislations and relate business processes. Maintaining accurate data records in a customer management system.
