This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and SAP payroll solution in the public sector and the SAP S/4HANA finance, business and logistics solution and management environment (S/4HANA solution). Our commitment to our customers is to: provide a statewide processing service to Hospital and Health Services and the Department of Health deliver and enhance workforce management, payroll and S/4HANA solutions provide services that are accountable and financially responsible continually review and improve services to meet customer needs. The role Your role will be responsible for providing a support function which enables the delivery of a customer focussed Payroll Service to clients of the Queensland Health rostering and payroll solution. The successful person You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following: Ability to take high volumes of inbound enquiries via multiple pathways (phone, email etc) in a customer service or help desk environment Knowledge or understanding of payroll and rostering systems processes and procedures Interpersonal communication skills with all levels of staff in a large organisation, particularly including the capacity to summarise complex information and gather detailed information. Ability to work within a team environment and to meet regular established deadlines within designated timeframes to ensure team outcomes are achieved Understanding of, and commitment to, quality customer services in a large multi-disciplinary organisation.
