Based in Brisbane, the Retail Support Coordinator is responsible for servicing Shell Energy's C&I and Small to Medium Enterprise Business (SME) customer base. Lead the change, from the frontline With honesty, integrity and respect, you will: Support the sales team in achieving acquisition and retention targets as outlined in the incumbent's performance agreement; Respond to sales enquiries; Regulatory, sales and customer reporting; Respond to invoice and data requests and other administrative enquiries from customers and brokers; Assist with web portal set up and training; Identify opportunities for process improvement and system development to deliver greater success and business efficiencies; Provide administrative support to the C&I Sales and SME customer service teams; and Compliance with all relevant company procedures. What you'll bring Here's what you'll need to thrive in this role: Understanding of the energy sector, preferably within a retail environment (highly regarded); Experience in servicing business customers; Proven track record in supporting a sales team in meeting targets / KPIs; Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders; Ability to manage expectations and deliver to committed timeframes; Demonstrated strong verbal and written communication skills; Ability to resolve conflict and negotiate good business and customer outcomes; Demonstrated desire and interest in helping customers and maintaining strong relationships; Ability to quickly learn and adapt to internal systems and processes; Competent Excel skills; Excellent attention to detail; and Ability to meet personal objectives as well as aligning to team goals.
