Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our client's distribution centre, based in Smithfield, NSW. This role is pivotal in managing and optimising our logistics operations to support our client's growing business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the distribution centre, ensuring efficient and effective operations while motivating and inspiring the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily operations of the distribution centre, including receiving, warehousing, and distribution of products. Oversee a dedicated team of 20 warehouse employees, with 2 direct reports. Motivate, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and productivity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies. Collaborate with other departments to support the company's growth and strategic objectives. Requirements: Demonstrated experience in a similar role within the bedding industry or FMCG sector. Exceptional leadership and people management abilities, with a proven track record of inspiring and motivating teams. Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills.
