Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an office-based environment Proven experience in processing orders in a fast-paced environment is an advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent telephone etiquette Exemplary customer service and interpersonal skills Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask Strong attention to detail Great team player.
