The Harvey Norman Commercial Team are currently seeking a motivated Full Time Warehouse Storeperson to join the team located in Central Coast Somersby . Harvey Norman Commercial Division specialises in the supply of goods to project builders, developers, architects & designers. Our team of experienced and dedicated staff go that extra mile to ensure a professional and personalised service from the initial quote, right through to delivery. As a Warehouse Storeperson, you will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers, assist with reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, providing exceptional customer service to our client base, ensuring all procedures regarding inventory are maintained and be methodical in following OH&S procedures. Please note this is a Full Time position with rotating split shift: Shift 1: Start 6am to 2pm Shift 2: Start 9am to 5pm Responsibilities Carry out instructions as directed from Management and/or Supervisors check goods onto vehicle – condition of goods, product codes and quantities - complete Run sheets as required – obtain signatures/names etc. of customers upon delivery. Complete all necessary paperwork. Liaise with customers regarding delivery of goods via D-Track App Stock take - Preparation as required and requested Assist the warehouse team Uniforms - Ensure Company supplied shirts and Hi visibility vests are worn at all times. Ensure that footwear is appropriate for warehouse safety. Customer Service - Treat customers with respect at all times. Facilitate Customer Pick-Ups Staff - Treat staff members and fellow workers with respect at all times Incidents - Report all incidents to immediate superior and complete Incident Report Forms as required. Attendance - Ensure punctuality (use of finger scanners for commencement and completion of working day) Telephone personally (where possible) any absences directly to immediate superior. Supply medical certificates for absences of 2 or more days. Internal Staff - Liaise with Sales/ Co-ordinations staff regarding issues with Customer Orders etc. Requirements Must hold relevant white card maintain valid LF/LO Licenses Communication skills The ability to resolve issues The ability to work in a busy team environment Team commitment Attention to detail If you are interested in the above, APPLY NOW
