About the role Permanent full time opportunity to deliver high quality social work clinical services as part of the multidisciplinary team to patients of Cancer Services Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, and to their families and carers, so as to optimise the psychosocial outcomes for patients and their families. About you Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values: Deliver high quality clinical services to patients and their families impacted by issues including, but not limited to death, grief and loss and adjustment to life threatening illness. Work cooperatively and effectively with patients, their families and caregivers, as a member of a multidisciplinary and social work teams. Contribute to the ongoing identification, development and implementation of quality and service improvement activities that enhance the delivery of social work services, patient care. Provide clinical supervision to HP3 level health practitioners and less experienced staff, as well as support undergraduate students.
