The Receptionist plays a key role in customer services for our residence and clients. Location - Mount Waverley, VIC Part Time Position - Monday, Tuesday & Sunday 9:30 - 15:30 Skills and Expertise You bring to the role: Manage a busy switchboard and arrange appointments Updating resident and staff lists Filing & archiving General administration support to the Admin Coordinator Attend to any messages and deliver as appropriate Ensure all emails are read frequently throughout the day and prioritise if necessary. Forward onto appropriate person/s in a timely manner Open and date stamp all incoming mail daily and distribute accordingly Maintain office equipment and organise service calls as needed Monitor and order toner supplies as required Maintain a stock of all stationary supplies and re-order if necessary, on a weekly basis Monitor franking machine supplies and reorder if necessary Monitor recycling boxes for used printer cartridges and call for a pickup if necessary. Record on system Monitor condition of courier bags.
