Melbourne CBD location, hybrid 2 days office and 3 days home. With this new digital program you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging and effective learning experiences for employees/clients. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to analyse learning needs, design instructional materials, and implement innovative solutions to meet those needs. Required expertise: Proven experience in instructional design and e-learning development. Proficiency with instructional design software such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar tools. Experience developing end user support material in a Technology project. Experience creating training programs for roles in a technical environment. Experience in Technical Writing. Experience working in an agile environment. Ability to work closely with key stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
