Organisation Our client, HumanAbility, is a not-for-profit, industry owned and led organisation that is contracted by the federal government. It was established as a Jobs and Skills Council for the health, human services, sport & recreation, and early childhood industries to fulfil the requirements of the Jobs & Skills Councils, Strengthening Australia’s National Vocational Education and Training System program. Job Summary The growing team are searching for a creative and self-motivated Graphic Designer who thrives working on diverse and meaningful projects. As a Graphic Designer, you'll play a vital role in the visual presentation of the team's work. You will be involved with preparing infographics, designing manuals for training packages, designing final reports, preparing slide decks for consultations, and creating final designs of materials used for professional development workshops . About You: You will be an excellent communicator with a strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. You will be an independent worker, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You will have up to date knowledge of current design trends and best practices, and be someone with strong creative acumen. Your high level of graphic design, and demonstrated ability to liaise, consult, and network with stakeholders to develop and execute designs, will allow for success in this role. Qualifications: With tertiary qualifications in graphic design, marketing, or a related field, along with 3-4 years' of equivalent industry experience and a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, you'll bring valuable expertise to the team. Advanced skills and understanding of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator, Premiere Pro) are highly desirable. Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable.
