Part Time Function Supervisor Chelsea Build the business Room to grow to FT Perfect next step for someone with strong FB skills Established Pub Group As the Function Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of events and functions hosted at the venue. You will oversee all aspects of event planning, execution, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining the high standards of service that the guests have come to expect. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with event organizers to understand their requirements and expectations. Plan and organize all logistical aspects of functions, including staffing, setup, and breakdown. Supervise and motivate a team of staff to ensure efficient and professional service. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and maturity. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of resources. Uphold the company's values and reputation by delivering exceptional service at all times. Work hands on and lead the team to ensure the event is a success. Plan and work on ways to increase the volume of functions and events. Requirements: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a pub or restaurant setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for providing outstanding customer service. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
