Part-time role working within a corporate office space as Receptionist - using your Administration & Customer Service skills to the highest degree Maitland Business Central is a Serviced Office business working within a modern, stylish building based in the heart of the Maitland CBD. They offer Clients a permanent or casual tenancy within a professional and corporate workspace along with Training facilities for up to 40 visitors. They have a need to engage a part-time, experienced Receptionist to join their growing team, who will bring a confident skillset across all aspects of customer service. As Receptionist, you will be supporting the many businesses through the meet & greet of their clients, telephone answering and various administration duties as directed by your supervisor. Your responsibilities will extend to managing the internal booking system, ordering and assisting with catering and room configuration, general housekeeping tasks associated with the hiring of rooms. This is a part-time position Monday to Thursday, 8:15 am to 3:15 pm, offering 26 hours per week. The ideal candidate will bring experience as a Receptionist, a bubbly personality to ensure all Tenants and Visitors feel welcomed plus a professional image and positive attitude in completing tasks.
