About the role The Receptionist, reporting to the Office Manager, will ensure that our North Sydney head office reception is always staffed and that our meeting rooms are managed efficiently. As the face of the organisation, you will present in a professional manner to our customers and visitors and assist the Office Manager and the Executive Assistants with various general administrative tasks as needed. Key accountabilities include: Be the first point of contact ensuring all calls are answered in a prompt and professional manner and that all visitors are attended to during the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm. Welcome visitors to the site, sign in and advise their hosts of the guest's arrival. Management of building security access passes. Ensure the Reception area reflects a professional and clean corporate office entrance. Management of incoming deliveries, mail and distribution of HR and Marketing Collateral to sites. Management of the Reception inbox and responding to requests in a timely manner. Co-ordinating Meeting Room bookings in outlook calendar. Catering services to External Meeting Rooms. Ordering of any stationery and office supplies as requested by the Office Manager Filing, document control, binding and all other administrative duties as requested by the Executive Assistants and Office Manager About you To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar role managing reception and front-of-house duties, as well as general office administration. Key responsibilities include ensuring the reception area is always staffed, managing meeting rooms efficiently, and supporting the Office Manager and Executive Assistants with various administrative tasks. In addition, the successful candidate will have the following attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high attention to detail Courteous, friendly, polite with high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion Adaptability and flexibility to changing work environments and requirements.
