The Role As a member of the MILLYs team, you will be responsible for providing the highest level of service to our guests, including; Greeting and serving customers Preparing coffee and beverages Preparing & presenting cakes & sandwiches Communicating with the kitchen Cash handling and processing sales through the till Ensuring the Cafe area is clean and well maintained during your shift. Desired Skills and Attributes Current RSA & RCG qualifications (or willing to obtain) Experience in coffee making Experience in short order cooking would be highly desirable Have a passion for providing exceptional customer service Be reliable, punctual and professional Have a 'Can Do' attitude and work well in a team environment Work well unsupervised and follow directions Have strong communication skills and be exceptionally presented at all times Shifts available from 6am to 11pm, due to the nature of this role, you must be available to work a variety of shifts covering the morning, day, night, weekends and public holidays.
