The Position Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, your duties will include: Provide professional service via phone, email, and online as per Service Level objectives Respond promptly and accurately to all client enquiries via shared inbox, communicate updates, delays, etc Utilise initiative when managing queries and complaints to ensure mutually beneficial results Collaborate with others and share knowledge to achieve team goals and objectives Actively participate in discussions regarding improving business processes and procedures Ensure achievement of required performance standards against all core job responsibilities Inform customers when and as necessary about information updates or changes Comply with all regulations, both internal and external The Candidate Applicants must have worked in a similar customer service or administrative role within an office / Call centre environment and be available to work five days per week, part time hours.
