Description We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Officer to join the team. You will be responsible for providing friendly and helpful support to customers, primarily through telephone and email. This includes assisting with queries from other teams, particularly the sales team, and helping customers navigate and utilise various retail portals. You will handle complaints with professionalism, offering appropriate solutions and alternatives. Additionally, you will learn about our products to communicate effectively with customers, contribute to improving communication both externally and internally, and assist with transaction processing, including data entry and watch repair processing. Your role will also involve supporting areas such as spare parts and coordination with watchmakers, while positively contributing to the overall functions of the customer service team. Profile The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Officer position will have a strong background in customer service and relevant experience in the field. Essential: 1-2 years in a Customer Service Representative role, demonstrating proficiency in handling customer inquires, managing complaints, and providing solutions. Desired Attributes: a personable and collaborative team player with exceptional communication skills, capable of building strong customer relationships. High attention to detail and the ability to work independently with computerised systems for tracking and troubleshooting are crucial for success in this role.
