As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you'll lead our dynamic team to ensure an unparalleled service delivery. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Restaurant and Bar Manager to lead Coco's Kitchen Bar, room service, and minibar teams. Teaming up with the Executive Chef, you'll craft unforgettable guest experiences, maintaining top-notch quality and efficiency. From overseeing daily operations to managing budgets and upholding cleanliness standards, your leadership will be instrumental in maintaining our reputation for excellence. Your role goes beyond day-to-day operations; you'll orchestrate seamless events, contribute to strategic meetings, and champion a culture of excellence. Guiding recruitment, training, and development efforts, you'll inspire your team to embody Accor's Vision and Values.
