About the role: You will be the face (well, voice) of our brand as first point of contact for our valued members, employers, and the public. Your role will involve resolving inquiries, identifying customer needs, and promoting relevant Brighter Super products/services. How you’ll make a difference: Your day-to-day will include - Providing professional and courteous service to members and stakeholders Managing inbound and outbound calls and written inquiries Identifying acquisition and retention opportunities and refer them to appropriate channels Participating in continuous improvement projects and peer-to-peer knowledge transfer Promoting member understanding of the financial services offered by Brighter Super What you’ll bring: With the initiative, drive, motivation and great work ethic, you will provide an exceptional level of customer service You are someone that likes to problem solve and thrives with a challenge. Additionally, you’ll have: RG 146 (Superannuation) qualification or willingness to undertake study and obtain qualification during your first 6-month period. (Training is fully funded, and a pay rise is applicable upon successful completion and getting General Advice (GA) endorsement.) Previous experience in superannuation, insurance or finance is highly regarded. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong research skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
