About the role We are looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to join the growing team on a permanent, full time basis. Our Commercial Sales Representatives drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing. Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships with clients to understand their current and future needs. Responsibilities The successful applicant will be responsible for: prospecting and developing business relationships listing of commercial properties for sale or lease preparing marketing campaigns managing the sales and leasing processes About you The successful candidate will require the following: experience in the property industry and / or knowledge of the local commercial property market an advantage a Property Representative licence or ability to attain one in the near future an ability to think strategically strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills proven business development and marketing skills a customer centric focus a high level of business acumen excellent time management skills analytical and problem solving skills proficient with Microsoft Office software a current drivers licence About Elders As a trusted Australian agribusiness, we have played an important role in the agricultural sector for 185 years.
